The ship under Maltese flag underwent repair works within August - September 2011, the main works being the following:

1. Regular dry dock works: anchor chains, sea valves, sea chest, tail shaft and rudder mesurements, stern tube sealing system (aft part) overhauling;
2. External hull treatment (total area of 15,760 sqm): HPFW washing, SA1 & SA2 grit blasting 20%, 2T/U and 2F/C paining.
3. Treatment works on hatch covers rubber channel, SA2 grit blasting and 1F/C ~ 440 sqm painting.
4. HPFW washing of 7 ballast tanks ~1,270 sqm.
5. 2F/C painting and steel renewal in ballast tanks ~1500 mp.
6. Steel renewal in multiple locations ~ 29.6 tons.
7. Piping works ~ 20 rm.

Various mechanical & electrical works: M/E scavenging air cooler (2 pcs.), auxiliary boiler (1 unit), windlass, electrical cables replacement ~1122 rm.
