M/T “MINERVA ASTRA” arrived in Constanta Shipyard in October 2011 for various repair works, the most important ones being mentioned below:

• External hull treatment, total area of 19,150 sqm: HPFW washing, SA1 & SA2 grit blasting, air blowing, T/U & F/C multiple coats painting;
• Regular dry dock works: sea valves, anchors & chains, sea chest, tail shaft and rudder measurements;
• Steel works in ballast tanks: approx. 1,5 tons;
• Piping works: 70 rm

Several mechanical & electrical works: M/E, fans, pumps, electrical motors, winches.
