During the month of July, Constanta Shipyard performed repair works on oil tanker M/T “Longfin”, the main works being listed below:

o    External hull treatment 16,187 m² (HPFWJ washing, grit blasting to SA2, painting);

o    Main Deck treatment 5,358 m² (grit blasting to SA2. LPFW washing, painting 2 coats);

o    Ballast tanks treatment: 18,812 m² (under deck area: HPFWJ washing, grit blasting to SA2/SA1, painting 1 S/C and 1 T/U);

o    Normal docking works: valves, anchors and chains, sea chests, tail shaft and rudder measurements;

o    Shell plating and forecastle deck repairs pertaining to collision damage (~7500 kg steel works) and afferent treatment;

o    Ballast tanks steel works (under main deck): ~7,500 kg and 909 pcs. smaller than 20kg

o    Pipe works: 1400 rm

Various mechanical and electrical works: Main and Auxiliary Engines, pumps, electric motors, heat exchangers, Main and Auxiliary Engines turbochargers, boilers.
