Continuing a long lasting tradition of docking & ship-repairs in Constanta, our Client, MINERVA Marine Greece, awarded to us the retrofitting of one of their SUEZMAX ship, having the below main scope of works:


General docking & repair works


Normal docking works

Treatment works:


  • External hull

  • Pipe works: up to 350 rm

  • Mecanical and electrical works: M/E o/h: Piston o/h (6 lines), Fuel injections pumps (6 pcs); Stuffing box o/h (6 pcs); Bearings: main (3 pcs), crosshead (1 pc), crankpin (1 pc); Air cooler o/h (1 pc); Fans o/h (8 pcs); PV valves o/h (14 pcs); Pumps o/h (8 pcs); Auxiliary boilers cleaning (2 pcs).


    • Ballast water treatment system (ECOCHLOR ECO 498)


    Soft steel works

    Equipment: Installation of equipment in Engine Room, pump room and on deck;

    Pipe works: manufacture and install: steel galv. pipes- up to 325 rm / stainless steel pipes- up to 210 rm/ O/S s.s. pipes- up to 25 m/ Copper pipes-up to 130 rm/ Assistance for O/S GRE pipe installation already manufactured (255 rm).

    Electrical works: Install & connect O/S electrical cables- 1,183 rm
