After a succesful completed project beginning of 2022, Messrs. DANAOS Greece, awarded to us a next ship, having the following main works:
Treatment and painting
- External hull; Cargo holds: Grit blasting SA2 up to 1,500 sqm, 1 F/C (3,000 sqm) of paint application; Deck and exposed area: grit blasting SA2 up to 1,000 sqm, 2 coats of paint application; Superstructure: 1 T/U & 1 F/C of paint application; Hatch covers ashore: Grit blasting SA2 up to 500 sqm, 2 coats of paint application.
Steel works
- Structural steel renewal: up to 30t; Soft steel; Hatch covers steel renewal.
Pipe works: up to 155 rm
Mechanical & electrical works: Main engine o/h works; Auxiliary engines overhauling.
Retrofitting works
Installation of BWTS, type ALFA LAVAL
- Related piping works, up to 65 rm;
- Related Soft steel (UV and filter foundation)
